Payment

All amounts listed on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs.

SSE ApS accepts online payments with; [Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard]. We do not impose any transaction fees on your purchase. The payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. SSE ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring a completely secure connection.

Delivery

We only deliver goods within European borders. The delivery time for your order is usually 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be dispatched on the first business day. Orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 PM will be dispatched the same day. In special cases where there might be an extended delivery time, we will notify you via email. We deliver with local carriers.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

There is a 14-day full return policy on goods purchased from our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You will bear any return costs, and the choice of carrier is yours. Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the withdrawal, the order must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of withdrawal. Notification must be given by email to info@weedshop.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

It is up to SSE ApS to assess the condition of the goods. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, it is considered used and of diminished value, meaning that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive no refund.

Warranty

According to Danish law, a 2-year warranty is provided on products. The warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. Warranty claims must be notified to SSE ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, 7 days is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. The warranty does not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product.

SSE ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent COD.

Privacy Policy

When you purchase an item and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we handle your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our freight handling, which is not developed by SSE ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal data.

Import, local legislation and the customer’s responsibility
Legality of the products outside Denmark

Weedshop.eu sells products in accordance with applicable Danish legislation at the time of sale.

Legislation concerning cannabinoids, hemp products, CBD products and similar products varies significantly from country to country and may change without notice. Weedshop.eu therefore gives no guarantee or representation that a product is legal to import, possess, use, market or resell outside Denmark.

Customer’s duty to investigate

When placing an order for delivery outside Denmark, the customer is solely responsible, before completing the purchase, for investigating and ensuring:

that the ordered products may legally be imported into the destination country,
that the products may legally be possessed and used in the destination country,
that any national, regional or local rules are complied with,
that any requirements for permits, registrations or other official approvals have been fulfilled.

By completing an order, the customer confirms that this investigation has been carried out.

Customs, duties and official requirements

The customer is responsible for payment of any customs duties, VAT, import duties, fees or other public charges that may be imposed in connection with the import of the products.

The customer is likewise responsible for fulfilling any requirements imposed by customs authorities or other public authorities in the destination country.

Risk in the event of intervention by authorities

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of delay, detention, seizure, confiscation or destruction as a result of local rules or intervention by authorities passes to the customer to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Weedshop.eu cannot be held liable for:

detention of goods by customs authorities,
seizure or confiscation of products,
refusal of import,
destruction of products carried out by authorities,
fines, fees or other costs imposed on the customer by public authorities.

Non-delivery due to import restrictions

If a shipment cannot be delivered as a result of applicable rules, import restrictions or decisions by authorities in the destination country, this shall not be considered a defect in the product or delivery.

In such cases, Weedshop.eu is not obliged to provide a refund, replacement delivery or any other compensation, unless required by mandatory law.

Right to refuse orders

Weedshop.eu reserves the right, without stating a reason, to refuse or cancel orders to countries or areas where the legal situation is deemed uncertain or involves a significant risk of seizure, intervention by authorities or other regulatory issues.

Laboratory Analyses and Cannabinoid Content

We strive to ensure the quality of the cannabis products we offer. All our products undergo laboratory analyses to determine the content of various cannabinoids. However, it should be noted that the published test results are only indicative.

Variability in Content
Batch Level: Although we take all necessary precautions to ensure consistency, minor variations in the content of cannabinoids may occur from batch to batch.

Analysis Method: Laboratory analyses are based on product samples. Particularly for products infused with specific cannabinoids, there may be variability in the concentration in smaller samples. This means that the actual concentration of a given cannabinoid in the product may vary from that stated in the laboratory result.

Infused Products: It is important to emphasize that all infused products have been added the stated amount according to the declaration of the specific cannabinoid during production. Therefore, the stated percentage of the infused cannabinoid is accurate.
